Jon has been working on the zip line project since falling for the concept on a surf trip in Costa Rica over a year ago. Since then he has been diligently working through the details of bringing this great adventure tour to Berkshire East.

Assistant Manager / Marketing & Sales ~ Christopher Loftus

Christopher brings diverse experience and a multifaceted background. His unbounded enthusiasm is only matched by his good humor and dedication to this project. Berkshire East has been very lucky to have him on board, and he will be critical to the success of the business.

Office Manager ~ Michele Cutter

Every business needs a person who is as well organized and on top of the details like Michele; we are happy to have her on our team! Michele is a vital part of the Resort in the winter, and we are pleased to have her help and expertise this summer!

Head Guide ~ Kate Carcio

Kate brings a great deal of outdoor experience and many seasons of leading groups in the woods or down rivers. Her energy, enthusiasm and good humor is a welcome part of the life here at the ski area during the winter months, and we are happy to have her be an important part of the Canopy Tours.
