Do you want to stay closer to home and spend less time in a bus in order to have more time skiing, while still enjoying the slopes?  Berkshire East offers great specials for groups of more than twenty people. 

All groups are subject to the following age categorizations:

Adult = 19 and up

Student = 13-18, and or, a valid student ID

Junior* = 6-12

 *For those too young to ski, check out our Children's Center.

Group Checklist

Leading a large group can be a big task, make sure you have done the following before leaving in order to ensure your trip is in order. 

• For all group questions please contact Customer Service 413-339-6617 ext. 305 or email info@berkshireeast.com.
• Nominate one person to be the contact person between Berkshire East and your group.
• Develop a list of dates and participant info to pass on to the group sales officer.
• Determine who in your group will be skiing or snowboarding and whether they have equipment needs. If so our group rental rates are here.
• Identify who will be needing ski or snowboard lessons
  
• When arriving at Berkshire East, unload the bus in the bus unloading zone in the main parking lot, or if you are a tubing group please follow the signs to the lower parking lot.
• For parties in the West Lodge, please call ahead the day of the event to make sure all your needs are taken care off. 
• Identify meeting times and locations, so that your group can assemble quickly.
