We are now booking reservations for the 2010 Season!    We plan to open with full tour operations in May 2010.

Please note that when you book a reservation on-line, your credit card will be charged the full amount at that time.  If you prefer to pay upon arrival, you may make your reservation  by calling 413-339-6617. We will require your credit card information to "hold" your reservation.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards.

Groups & Military must call to make reservations in order to get the reduced pricing.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: Refunds will be given for cancellations made 72 hours prior to your scheduled tour. To change your tour or reschedule to a different date you must provide us 48 hours advance notice by calling customer service at 413-339-6617.  We charge a $10 administrative fee any time you make a change to your reservation, including a cancellation. Your credit card will be charged the full amount for your tour(s) if you fail to show up for your scheduled tour/time.
