Our setting in Charlemont, Massachusetts is beautiful. The seasons are vivid. Winter brings deep snows, warm lodges, and great skiing. Spring is the time of change, with its welcoming the warm weather and the sweet smells of Maple Syrup. Summer is satisfying; the mountains invite with their trails for mountain bikes, hiking, sightseeing and the rivers flow with fish and rafters. Fall comes in like a bear, but the winter colds are held off by the hues of foliage. 

Enjoy all of this with us. Just say 'no' to driving the extra-distance to overcrowded, overpriced ski areas, who only want you there to fund their obnoxious developments. In contrast, Berkshire East has preserved the authenticity of New England skiing that many northern mountains abandoned a generation ago.
